The Plan

Step one:


  • The land has been cleared. The pasture grass needs to be established with seed, lime, and fertilizer.
  • The front field fencing needs to be purchased and put in.
  • The 2 outdoor arena will graded and installed.
  • Shelters need to be put in the pastures.
  • A well will need to be dug and water brought to the pasture.
  • A building for tack needs to be brought in.
  • A hay storage shelter will be built
  • a porta potty will be brought in.

Step two: Building the Barn


  • Finish the Fencing for the back pastures
  • Shelters for the back pastures
  • Grading for the barn
  • Septic system installed
  • Waterlines put in
  • The barn will have 10 stalls, tack rooms, cross ties for taking care of the horses, wash rack for the horses, hay storage, storage space, and the barn manager office. The barn will eventually be connected to the indoor arena for direct access without being in the weather.

Step Three: Indoor Arena


  • Grading for Indoor Arena
  • Building and begin using the indoor arena.
  • This will allow for year-round services with the horses.

Step Four: Office Space


  • The office space that will also be attached to the barn. There will be offices for each service, a therapy gym, classrooms for teaching and continuing education classes.

Current Fundraising Opportunities

  • Magical Moments is hosting two Charity Fundraising Horse Shows in 2024
  • Magical Moments is selling 2024 Calendars featuring the clients that we have in the program. Contact Christine or Melissa to get yours.
  • Faith Equestrian Center is selling T-Shirts and Sweatshirts through www.Bonfire.com/building-faith-equestrian-center. A portion of all sales goes directly to Faith Equestrian Center. Please help spread the word and buy a shirt.
  • You can also donate directly to the PayPal account and Zelle searching for Magical Moments Therapeutic Riding Center. Please make sure in your message you leave your contact info for us to send you a tax write off letter at the end of the year.
  • Magical Moments has sent out information to local businesses asking for them to partner with us fanatically to help accomplish the goal.

Grants

  • Magical Moments Therapeutic Riding Center has secured a matching grant of $50,000.00. This grant will be paid out in $5,000.00 increments. As we raise $5,000.00 they will match that $5,000.00.
  • Magical Moments Therapeutic Riding Center has been working hard at applying for grants that will help support the financial goals to build Faith Equestrian Center as this will be a secondary location for their program.
